You have read and filled out the waiver.

A non-refundable payment of 50% is due at the time of the booking to reserve your trip.

90 days before the trip:

Full payment is due 90 days before the trip or you will forfeit your booking and your non-refundable deposit.

Recommended trip insurance has also been purchased.

less than 90 days to your trip:
If a group or individual cancels or fails to make the final payment within 90 days, the booking will be forfeited. A refund less the deposit can only be issued if the booking is transferred.
A replacement for your booking must be approved by Wildroutes.  If a suitable replacement has been found you will receive a refund less your deposit.
Cancellation and delays:
Wildroutes does not cancel trips due to weather, water levels, or Avalanche conditions.  As professionals, we will adjust the trip accordingly to suit the conditions.
