Booking Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy
1 Year or less to trip:
You have read and acknowledged the Waiver and Booking and Cancellation Policy.
A non-refundable payment of 50% is due at the time of the booking to reserve your trip.
Full payment due:
Full payments are due by Nov 1. Booking after Nov 1 requires full payment.
Recommended cancellation Trip Insurance has also been purchased. Evacuation insurance is included in your booking.
less than 90 days to your trip:
If a group or individual cancels or fails to make the final payment within 90 days, the booking will be forfeited. A refund less the initial non-refundable payment can only be issued if the booking is transferred. A replacement for your booking must be approved by Wildroutes. If a suitable replacement has been found you will receive a refund less your initial non-refundable payment.
BOOKING OVER 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE:
For Lodge/Hut trips over 1 year in advance a non-refundable payment of 2 spots is due for the entire booking of 12 guests. The balance of the deposit 50% is due April 1.
Cancellation and delays:
Wildroutes does not cancel trips due to weather, water levels, or Avalanche conditions. As professionals, we will adjust the trip accordingly to suit the conditions. Weather delays and road closures are not covered and additional costs are the responsibility of the individual.
